The Versatile VHTD Hot Shell Tensile Tester M is an all-in-one laboratory instrument designed for forming, curing, and breaking shell sand specimens in the exact same position. Controlled by an advanced Microcontroller or PLC system and featuring a clear LCD display, it delivers highly accurate digital readings of hot tensile strength for premium quality control in your shell molding process.
Operating the machine is highly straightforward: simply fill the sand sample directly into the jaws cavity, press the START key, and allow the integrated heating and loading systems to handle the rest. Once the curing duration concludes, the equipment automatically breaks the specimen and presents the final hot tensile strength reading directly on the LCD interface.
