The Auto Clay Washer is an advanced testing system designed to efficiently separate clay from sand samples. The equipment features a Motorized Stirring mechanism, a precise water leveling system, and an automatic syphoning mechanism built to cleanly syphon out muddy water.
Equipped with adjustable timers and an adjustable cycle count facility, the entire process is managed by a high-end electronic control system. Users can effortlessly monitor system status and configurations directly via the integrated Touch-screen interface.
General Usage
This equipment is used to thoroughly agitate sand samples within an alkaline solution. This process forces the clay into a state of suspension, allowing it to be seamlessly separated from the core sand sample.
